Rattan by Lithuania, Vilnius, Lithuania, handles the personal information submitted through this website. Questions and rights requests can be sent to info@rattan-eu.com.

What we collect and why

Availability signups store the submission time, source page and email address so we can send the requested availability update. This processing is based on your consent. Enquiries store the submission time, source page, email address, selected topic and message so we can answer your request. The name is used to validate and address the request but is not written to the enquiry spreadsheet. Enquiries are processed for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and collaborators.

Storage and recipients

Form records are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible to authorised staff. Our hosting provider processes technical request logs needed to operate and secure the website. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical data to detect automated abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the last relevant contact unless a longer period is required for a contract or legal obligation. Availability signups are deleted after the requested notification is sent, when consent is withdrawn, or after 24 months, whichever happens first.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw notification consent at any time by emailing us. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Cookies

The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If optional anti-spam protection is enabled later, this notice will be reviewed before activation.
